Flooding Takes Over Downtown Following Hurricane Sally

The aftermath of Hurricane Sally can be seen all around the city. Downtown and other parts of
the city continue to see high flood waters. Hurricane Sally made landfall as a Category 2 storm
and moved very slow dumping over 30 inches of rain. City officials urge all residents to shelter
in place until conditions improve.
