Officer Identified In Fatal Shooting Of Unarmed African-American Man

OnlineCityGuides.com has confirmed the name of the officer involved in the fatal shooting at
Kwik Chek on Satuday night. Officer Shaun Lucas is accused of shooting Jonathan Price
of Wolfe City sereval times after arriving on scene of a domestic violence call. Price was
intervening in the domestic violence situation, where a man and woman were arguing in the
parking lot of Kwik Chek.
Witnesses at the scene say that Price raised his hands and attempted to explain what was going
on. Police fired tasers at him and when his body convulsed from the electrical current, they
“perceived a threat” and shot him to death.
Not much is known about officer Lucas at this time but we were able to obtain these photos of
him on Twitter.

Lucas remains on administrative leave pending an investigation of this matter by the Texas
Rangers. Wolfe City Police Chief Matthew Martin requested the assisance of the Texas Rangers.
